1 on 1 Coaching:
Working with Me
This program is not a one size fits all, it is based entirely on the individual. I will work to help you identify the barriers that are holding you back, and then show you how to change the way you think in order to become the best version of yourself. My goal is to help you realize your potential and shift the narrative of your life.
1. How long is our time together?
With my program, you get 9 sessions over 3 months. You can finish as quickly as 9 weeks, or take the full 3 months to complete the coaching. This allows you to work at a pace you feel comfortable with while making sure that you stay accountable.
2. What will our time together be like?
Working with me is like having your very own mentor by your side as you uncover the things that are holding you back. Having me as your coach enables you to take a deep look within to really identify your barriers, and work through them effectively.
3. What will I get?
I will keep you accountable and offer guidance and support so that you can make the changes necessary to unlock your potential, and start being the best YOU that you can be!
4. Why should I choose Joe?
I will provide a completely personalized plan. When you choose to work with Joe, you can rest assured that the coaching you receive is tailored to YOUR needs.
5. What do I have to do?
The only requirements that I have for my clients are: show up, be honest, and work hard.
It’s incredibly important that you are truly ready to make the necessary changes to live up to your potential. I work hard to create a safe space for my clients, and in return, all I ask is that you are open and honest with me. This process may not be easy, or pretty, but I guarantee you it will be worth it, Because YOU are worth it.
6. How sessions work?
For individuals of the NYC area, I offer 1 on 1 in-person sessions or for all individuals outside of the city I offers 1 on 1 session’s via Skype, Messenger, and Zoom.
Leadership is not about the tittle. It’s about caring. It’s about humanity, love and nurturing people.

Live to give. Give to live.
Taking care of yourself is not selfish.

Leadership is a lot like gardening.
some protection from toxic elements,
a lot of nurturing and most important of all, never step on the flowers.
Joseph Fox, 7/23/15
Live in a state of gratitude, and you'll never want.
Joseph Fox, 9/21/16
No evil will deter goodness, no hate can kill love, and no selfishness can overpower selflessness.
A few years ago I was in the bank writing my name on the waiting list to see a banker.

Most things have greater value when shared

Leadership is like love.

People who find a state of inter-dependence in life...

Kindness should be repaid with interest, inflating our world
At the point in my life when I felt comfortable to call myself a leader I thought, I need to bring others on this journey with me. It was at that moment that I realized leadership is not just about leading others, it’s about nurturing the growth of more leaders.
Joseph Fox, 01/29/19
Remember, life is a work in progress, always, if we are living it correctly.
Joseph Fox, 12/02/19
“In our human experience death is probably the most difficult and painful challenge we face, and yet in our world hundreds of millions of people have been killed by our own hands. Hopefully, one day our humanity can emerge from that darkness.”
Joseph Fox, May, 2019
"Sometimes, moments of gratitude come to us, or a shift in perspective, even without us trying, to help us recalibrate, and focus on what we have, rather than what we may not have. Imagine if we could consciously access those feelings of gratitude, and those different perspectives, on our own. It can be very hard to do and surely takes practice, but certainly worth the effort."
Joseph Fox, April 17, 2020
When I was being born, I cried. And yet, what a wonderful experience this life has been. So when my time comes, I will not cry. I try not to make the same mistakes twice.
Joseph Fox, May, 2020
To the world you may be only one person, but to one person, you may be the world.
Joseph Fox, October, 2020
A photographer looks at a scene, one that others may not even be noticing, and imagines it in his camera lens, then on a computer screen, or even in a frame on a wall, and then captures it. The joy is beyond that moment, knowing that others will get to share that beauty, hopefully for years to come.
When I was being born, I cried. And yet, what a wonderful experience this life has been. So when my time comes, I will not cry. I try not to make the same mistakes twice. I ask you not to cry; celebrate my life, our life. Celebrate life.
