1 on 1 Coaching:
Working with Me
This program is not a one size fits all, it is based entirely on the individual. I will work to help you identify the barriers that are holding you back, and then show you how to change the way you think in order to become the best version of yourself. My goal is to help you realize your potential and shift the narrative of your life.
1. How long is our time together?
With my program, you get 9 sessions over 3 months. You can finish as quickly as 9 weeks, or take the full 3 months to complete the coaching. This allows you to work at a pace you feel comfortable with while making sure that you stay accountable.
2. What will our time together be like?
Working with me is like having your very own mentor by your side as you uncover the things that are holding you back. Having me as your coach enables you to take a deep look within to really identify your barriers, and work through them effectively.
3. What will I get?
I will keep you accountable and offer guidance and support so that you can make the changes necessary to unlock your potential, and start being the best YOU that you can be!
4. Why should I choose Joe?
I will provide a completely personalized plan. When you choose to work with Joe, you can rest assured that the coaching you receive is tailored to YOUR needs.
5. What do I have to do?
The only requirements that I have for my clients are: show up, be honest, and work hard.
It’s incredibly important that you are truly ready to make the necessary changes to live up to your potential. I work hard to create a safe space for my clients, and in return, all I ask is that you are open and honest with me. This process may not be easy, or pretty, but I guarantee you it will be worth it, Because YOU are worth it.
6. How sessions work?
For individuals of the NYC area, I offer 1 on 1 in-person sessions or for all individuals outside of the city I offers 1 on 1 session’s via Skype, Messenger, and Zoom.
Live to give. Give to live.

Taking care of yourself is not selfish.
It’s selfless, because it better enables you to take care of others.

Leadership is a lot like gardening.
Provide a little water, some sunshine,
some protection from toxic elements,
a lot of nurturing and most important of all, never step on the flowers.

Live in a state of gratitude, and you'll never want.
Live in a state of want, and you’ll never have enough.

No evil will deter goodness, no hate can kill love, and no selfishness can overpower selflessness.

A few years ago I was in the bank writing my name on the waiting list to see a banker.
Pointing to the sign in sheet the teller at the desk said to me, “Can you put your purpose please?” I said to her, “I’m 56 years old, and I’m still open to what my purpose is in life.” She smiled and so did I.

Many say you’re only as good as you team. But, if you build your team right, your team is better than you. A friend once said to me, “If the CEO is the smartest room, sell that stock.”

A recent thought
Whatever you do for another always means more than you know. Accepting this premise can motivate you to do even more.

Leadership is like love.
It is hard to teach, but you know it when you feel it.

People who find a state of inter-dependence in life...
People who find a state of inter-dependence in life… don’t see the world as here for them, rather they see themselves as here for the world. They know that life is a gift and in turn, they live life giving, always giving.

Kindness should be repaid with interest, inflating our world

At the point in my life when I felt comfortable to call myself a leader I thought, I need to bring others on this journey with me. It was at that moment that I realized leadership is not just about leading others, it’s about nurturing the growth of more leaders.
