Back in a March 2001 interview with Variety, Gesine spoke about Sandra’s determination: “Sandy is so focused on what she wants to achieve. She’s clear about her goals and has boundless energy, both creatively and personally. And let me tell you, she has the sheer will to get things done. That’s my sister!”

Supporting Each Other Through Career Milestones

Their sibling support system was on full display in March 2022 when Sandra starred in the blockbuster film The Lost City. Produced by Fortis Films, the movie marked another major milestone in Sandra’s career. Though Gesine no longer works for the company, she made sure to attend the film’s premiere to celebrate her sister’s success. The two sisters posed for photos on the red carpet, with Gesine looking stunning in a simple black dress. It was a rare public appearance together, but it perfectly illustrated their strong relationship.

After watching the comedy for the first time, Gesine couldn’t help but gush about the film on her Instagram. She shared a video from the event with the caption, “So funny. So charming. So proud.
