She detailed her struggle with relentless fatigue, pain, and nausea, explaining how she tried to remain positive despite the challenges. "Over the years, I visited countless doctors, underwent numerous tests, and tried everything to find relief," she continued. "One doctor even told me it was something I'd just have to live with as a woman. It wasn't until a friend, Leslie Mosier, helped me explore new options that I found a path forward."

Ultimately, Bindi decided to undergo surgery, a decision that wasn't easy but necessary. "Walking into that operating room was terrifying, but I knew I couldn't keep living in pain," she revealed. "The surgery uncovered 37 lesions, some incredibly deep and challenging to remove, along with a chocolate cyst. It was a wake-up call, but it also gave me my life back."

Reflecting on her experience, Bindi emphasized the importance of understanding what others might be going through. "Sometimes, everything might seem fine on the surface, but people are dealing with invisible battles," she noted. "Please be kind and considerate when asking personal questions, especially about family plans. After everything my body endured, I'm so thankful for our beautiful daughter. She truly feels like a miracle."

In January, Bindi celebrated another milestone by embarking on her first big hike in years. "It was such an emotional day," she captioned an Instagram post.
