Ever wondered if the Property Brothers might roll into your town one day? Fans of HGTV's hit show are always eager to know where the magic happens. Let’s dive in and get the scoop on where this beloved show has been filmed and where it might go next.
Here’s the deal: The brothers are no strangers to hitting the road. Jonathan Scott recently spilled the beans to Closer Weekly, saying, "Every three months, we're in a different city." That’s right—these guys are constantly on the move, bringing their home renovation magic to towns across North America.
Let’s backtrack for a moment. Seasons 1 and 2 of Property Brothers were filmed in Toronto, the city that originally launched the duo into the spotlight. Then, for Seasons 3 and 4, they packed up and headed to Austin, Texas. For Season 5, it was Vancouver’s turn to shine, followed by Atlanta for Season 6. Toronto welcomed them back for Season 7, and the last three seasons have been set in Westchester County, New York. But just when you thought you had it figured out, the Scott brothers surprised everyone with their latest filming location.

Guess where the brothers just wrapped up filming for Season 11? That’s right—Nashville, Tennessee! Jonathan shared, “We just wrapped filming three months of Property Brothers in Nashville. We did 17 houses there, and it was incredible. Those episodes are coming up soon.”
And guess what? Nashville might just be their favorite destination so far. Drew Scott told Closer, “Nashville was so much fun. We have friends there, and the music vibe is just electric. It’s not just about country music—it’s the music vibe in general. And the personalities? Everyone is so warm and friendly.” Jonathan chimed in, “And the food! Not necessarily the healthiest, but definitely delicious!”
So, what’s next for these globe-trotting renovators? According to Jonathan, it all depends on a mix of factors. “We almost filmed in Jersey because we filmed two seasons in New York and Connecticut, so we were going to do Long Island, NY, and Jersey,” he explained. “It all comes down to proximity and diversity. We like to have a mix of first-time buyers, empty nesters, and everything in between.”
Drew added, “Chicago, Detroit—there are so many different areas on the table. But here’s the thing: the fans have a lot of say in where we go.”
Want to see the Property Brothers in your neck of the woods? Drew has some advice for you. “What we tell people is, go on social media and tag HGTV and us as well. Tell us where you want to see us because we actually do listen,” he said. And it’s working! “That’s why we’ve been to Texas twice. We had this huge Texan following that kept saying, ‘Come down here, film here.’”
So, if you’re hoping to get the Property Brothers to film near you, now’s your chance. Get on social media, tag HGTV and the Scott brothers, and make your voice heard. Who knows? Your town could be the next big thing on Property Brothers!
