CBS Ratings Reveal Surprising Results: 'Tracker' And 'Watson' Take A Backseat

Well, folks, the latest CBS ratings are here, and they’ve dropped a bombshell on us. According to a press release from CBS on Tuesday, April 1, the show "Tracker," starring Justin Hartley, didn't manage to secure the top spot in live +35 multiplatform viewing. Instead, we've got some other heavy hitters stealing the spotlight. Let's dive into what's happening in the world of CBS ratings.

Here's the scoop: CBS has announced its latest rankings for live +35 multiplatform viewing, and the results are eye-opening. In the 2024-25 fall broadcast season, CBS has shown that its series are still drawing in massive audiences. In fact, ten programs have hit or exceeded 10 million multiplatform viewers within 35 days of airing across the Network and Paramount+. Leading the charge is "WATSON," which scored an impressive 18.7 million viewers for its post-AFC Championship premiere episode. Following closely behind are "TRACKER" with 18.0 million, "MATLOCK" with 15.8 million, and "GEORGIE & MANDY’S FIRST MARRIAGE" with 12.7 million. Other notable mentions include "ELSBETH" with 10.9 million, "GHOSTS" with 10.8 million, "FIRE COUNTRY" with 10.5 million, "FBI" with 10.4 million, "NCIS" with 10.4 million, and "BLUE BLOODS" rounding out the list with 10 million.

Other CBS Series Making Waves

But wait, there's more! CBS has also highlighted three additional original series that are generating close to 8 million or more viewers with 35 days of multiplatform viewership. These are "NCIS: ORIGINS" with 9.1 million, "60 MINUTES" with 9.2 million, and "SURVIVOR" with 7.9 million. It's clear that CBS is not just resting on its laurels but is actively growing its audience. Moreover, three new CBS series are showing significant growth in 35-day multiplatform viewership compared to last season: "WATSON" has seen an increase of 82%, "MATLOCK" a rise of 51%, and "HOLLYWOOD SQUARES," the #1 new unscripted series this season, a staggering 96% increase.
