It’s honestly a dream come true! I never imagined I’d make it onto the show, much less win it. The whole experience has been surreal. I’m so grateful for this opportunity, and I can’t help but feel overwhelmed by all the love and support pouring in from everyone. Winning this competition is like a big boost of inspiration and motivation for me to chase my dreams and seize every chance that comes my way. It’s truly life-changing!

What was the best part of this past season for you?

Oh, that’s such a tough question because the entire experience was just so amazing! Honestly, one of the biggest highlights was meeting all the incredible people involved in the show. Most of my friends back home don’t share my passion for cooking, so being surrounded by fellow food enthusiasts was absolutely thrilling. Plus, getting to work with legendary chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Christina Tosi was surreal. It was also super cool to have guest judges on the show; meeting people I’ve admired on TV was a real treat. And let’s not forget the incredible places we visited—being able to explore beaches and mountains was an unforgettable part of the journey!

Did you have a favorite challenge or recipe during the season?

Absolutely! My favorite dish was the sticky rum cake I whipped up for the finale. I was really proud of how it turned out, but what made it extra special was the reaction from some of the biggest names in the culinary world. Martha Stewart asked for the recipe, Wolfgang Puck devoured the whole thing, and Christina even suggested I could open a bakery and sell just that cake! Can you believe it? It’s moments like these that remind me how far I’ve come and how much potential there is in the world of cooking.
