I’d have to sneak into her room and kiss her while she was sleeping, hoping not to wake her up.”

That decision ultimately led to her departure from Grey’s Anatomy, but it was a sacrifice she was willing to make for the sake of her family. For Katherine, being present for her kids was more important than anything else.
